YOUTH & FAMILY

The Youth and Family Ministry team shall be responsible to provide guidance for the congregation’s youth & family ministry program.  The Y&FM Committee shall plan family events designed to include all ages of our congregation and that welcome families or individuals from our community. Members also help plan and conduct age appropriate activities, designed to nurture the youth of this congregation through a balance of activities, such as: service projects to the congregation and/or the community; social and Christian learning experiences; worship experiences; Bible studies; fun outings; youth retreats; and participating in the youth activities and gatherings of the Nebraska Synod and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

This committee is working to deepen our ministry to youth and the church family.  All our youth groups enjoy various outings, service projects, and monthly discussion and prayer gatherings that in turn, build them up. Family events are planned each year to encourage the entire congregational family to come together and build relationships through fellowship and fun.  We hope that this fellowship time and the love from the Word of God will bless them eternally.
