Rev. Neal J. Anthony, Ph.D.
Pastor Anthony is passionate about connecting worship liturgy with the liturgy of daily life; that a “faith active in love” is the means by which Christ’s People are the means by which God blesses the communities in which they live.
Pastor has served United Lutheran Church since October, 2011. Before serving United, he served in Blue Hill, NE, and Ponca, NE, in addition to providing pulpit supply to various congregations on the south side of Chicago.
He is a graduate of Dana College (’95), Luther Seminary (MDiv, ’99), and the Lutheran School of Chicago (ThM and PhD, ’06 and ’08).
Pastor Anthony is married to Kim, and they have two children, Owen and Shannon.
